Case study · Custom SoftwareEvery machine tracked, from factory to service visit.

Adonis Medical Systems makes medical equipment. We built its CRM on Zoho Creator: every machine and component has an ID, every customer’s warranty and service plan is tracked, renewals are reminded automatically, and engineers file reports from their phones, or through the Adonis chatbot we built earlier.
