Which AI models do you use?

We pick the model for each job: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, open models such as Llama and Mistral, and Indian-language models such as Sarvam AI when it matters. We weigh accuracy, language, speed, cost and where your data is processed.

Are you a Meta or Botpress partner?

Yes. We’re a Meta Tech Provider and a certified Botpress partner. We also build on Zoho, HubSpot, Make and the other platforms on this page.

Do you work with Make, Zapier or n8n?

Yes. We build on the automation platform you already use, or help you choose one. For complex or high-volume processes we may write custom code instead, and we’ll explain why.

Can you connect our own or older software?

Usually, yes. If it has an API or a database we connect directly. If not, we can often work with exports, email or browser automation.

Can you set up the WhatsApp Business API?

Yes. As a Meta Tech Provider we set up the official WhatsApp Business Platform: your number, business verification, message templates and the AI Agent that answers.

Do we need to buy new tools?

Usually not. We start with what you already pay for and add only what’s missing, and we’ll tell you if an off-the-shelf tool is enough.
